In App Purchase

In App Purchase is currently only available on Apple iOS devices. 

Subscription purchased via the ELEVEN apps for Android Mobile or Apple iOS can be managed through the relevant app store.

Apple iOS

To subscribe:

1. Launch the ELEVEN app for iOS and sign in.
2. Go the an event that you would like to watch.
3. Select "Buy now" on the event screen.
4. Follow the steps to complete your payment.

To access your subscription information: 

1. Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Near the top of the screen, select "Apple ID, iCould, Media and Purchases".
3. Select "Subscriptions". Your subscriptions will be listed. 
4. Select the relevant ELEVEN subscription. 
5. The information and options related to the subscription will be displayed. 

To unsubscribe:

1. Access your subscription following the steps above.
2. Select "Cancel Subscription" on the subscription information page, and confirm.  T
3. he subscription will then be cancelled.

You will still be able to access the subscription content until the end of the subscription period.
