If you registered on ELEVEN using your email address and have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it on the ELEVEN website or ELEVEN mobile apps.
Select on the Log In button from the menu, then select Forgot your password?
Enter your email address then select the Reset password button.
You will then receive an email from ELEVEN with a reset password link.
Selecting the link will open up a page on the ELEVEN website where you can enter a new password.
